Council Meetings are predominantly held on the third Tuesday of every month. The meetings are held in the Council Chambers in Belmore Street and commence at 4.00pm. The meetings of the Council are open to the public to attend. Members of the public may address the Council if arrangements are made prior to the Council meeting. Individual and special interest groups are also invited by the Council to address both Committee and Council meetings on matters that are being considered by the Council. If you wish to address the Council on a matter, prior contact is to be made with the General Manager in writing.

Minutes of Council meetings are generally published after adoption at the next Council meeting. Minutes of recent meetings are available on the links shown below:
