This very basic program has been designed for older and less active adults, however anyone can join in. | Tai Chi Tai Chi is excellent for increasing balance and flexibility, fitness and fun. It is specifically designed for people with chronic disease, however, is suitable for everyone as it is easy and gentle. Tai Chi and Community Exercise are initiatives run by the Greater Southern Area Health Service.
