Junee Junction Recreation and Aquatic Centre was officially opened on 15 February 2003.

The Centre is a state of the art facility catering for all citizens of Junee Shire.

The 50m outdoor swimming pool is a result of a major refurbishment of the original 1938 vintage Olympic pool.	In cooler months the 50m pool is transformed into a 25m indoor heated swimming pool. The use of a removable boom, and winter curtain allows the water body to be split in two with the indoor section heated for use in cooler weather.
The multipurpose stadium has two full-size courts and spectator seating. Many sports can be played on the courts including netball, basketball, tennis, badminton, volleyball and soccer.	The gymnasium is home to state of the art weight training and cardio equipment. A variety of group fitness classes are also held at the Centre.
