The information provided in the Annual Reports is designed to meet the requirements of Section 428 of the Local Government Act 1993. Additionally, Council is required to include statistical information relating to the Freedom of Information Act, 1989 (Practice Note 7, page 12). A full set of General Purpose Financial Reports, Special Purpose Financial Reports and Special Schedules for the year is attached as Appendix A. |

Prior to the introduction of the Integrated Planning and Reporting framework, Junee Shire Council prepared a Management Plan covering Council’s activities for the a three year period. The Management Plan was prepared to assist in focusing the operations of Council towards fulfilling the expectations of the community as far as possible, given the financial capabilities of the community to support Council’s operations. The Business Paper is uploaded following each monthly Council Meetings. They include the Agenda, the Mayoral Minute, the General Manager's Report and the Information Booklet. Archived Business Papers are available on request. |

| Council produces a newsletter approximately 3 times per year and distributes it to every household in the Shire. We use the newsletters to let residents know what has been happening around the Shire and to advise them of upcoming events and activities. The most recent newsletters are available below: | ||
