Tai Chi & Community Exercise for Arthritis

Physical Activity increases flexibility, muscle strength, and increase heart/lung activity, aligns posture, improves balance and integrates the mind and body. Thousands of people with arthritis have gained pain relief and better quality of life from learning and practising Tai Chi for arthritis. The classes provide a great opportunity for people to socialise and make new friends and are particularly designed for people aged 65 ears and over. All classes are conducted by qualified leaders.
Classes conducted at Junee Hospital - Residential Aged Care Dining Room, Junee Junction Recreation and Aquatic Centre and Cooinda Court Hostel. See timetable for dates and times.
Cost: Gold Coin Donation for both Tai Chi for Arthritis and Community Exercises.
