Candidate nomination period opens:  Monday, 14 October 2024
Candidate nomination period closes:  Wednesday, 12 Noon 23 October 2024

Pursuant to section 291 of the Local Government Act 1993 where a causal vacancy occurs in a
civic office, the office is to be filled by a By-Election.

The NSW Electoral Commission has declared the By-Election will take place on 23 November 2024 for those NSW councils with causal vacancies.
