‘Open access information’ is information we must make publicly available free of charge on our website. Where this is not possible, you can apply for the information for free by making an informal request.
You can also inspect and copy open access information free of charge at our Customer Service Centre (photocopying/ printing charges may apply if the information is unavailable online).

To access approvals/determinations, plans, statements of environmental effects, consultant reports, submissions, etc, or any other information regarding a development application, please visit our Customer Service Centre or complete a GIPA Access application request for DA/planning information and send it to jsc@junee.nsw.gov.au.

Disclosure of Interest Forms
Council’s open access registers are available on request by emailing jsc@junee.nsw.gov.au or by letter
Council’s Disclosure Log is a record of information about formal Access Applications to Council that would be of interest to other members of the public, in accordance with the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (“GIPA Act”). Details are entered into the Disclosure Log when the access application has been decided and any review time limits have expired, updates will be posted on website quarterly. Access to information is available by contacting Council.
Information guide
Council’s Information Guide details the various kinds of information held by Council, as well as the ways in which it can be accessed. It also describes the structure and functions of Council, as well as the ways in which members of the public can participate in Council decision-making.
