‘Open access information’ is information we must make publicly available free of charge on our website. Where this is not possible, you can apply for the information for free by making an informal request.

You can also inspect and copy open access information free of charge at our Customer Service Centre (photocopying/ printing charges may apply if the information is unavailable online).

Development application/planning information

To access approvals/determinations, plans, statements of environmental effects, consultant reports, submissions, etc, or any other information regarding a development application, please visit our Customer Service Centre or complete a GIPA Access application request for DA/planning information and send it to jsc@junee.nsw.gov.au

Disclosure Log

Council’s Disclosure Log is a record of information about formal Access Applications to Council that would be of interest to other members of the public, in accordance with the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (“GIPA Act”). Details are entered into the Disclosure Log when the access application has been decided and any review time limits have expired, updates will be posted on website quarterly. Access to information is available by contacting Council.
