Junee Shire Council only accepts Development Applications (including modifications, Section 8.3 Review Applications and Subdivision Certificate Applications through the NSW Planning Portal.

All applications are now received through the NSW Planning Portal.

The 5-Step Process to the NSW Planning Portal document is a two-page 5-step process for undertaking development that requires applications to be submitted via the NSW Planning Portal, from initial Development Application through to the Final Occupation. Fee quotes can be requested prior to submitting an application by contacting Council.
