Application Requirements
Junee Shire Council only accepts Development Applications (including modifications, Section 8.3 Review Applications and Subdivision Certificate Applications through the NSW Planning Portal.

All applications are now received through the NSW Planning Portal.

Before you prepare a development application (DA) for a major development such as a new building or major refurbishment, get in touch with our Planning Department on (02) 6924 8100 or email our Fee quotes can be requested prior to submitting an application by contacting Council.

Development Application Tracking

DA Tracking allows you to track the progress of applications from lodgement through to determination. This applies to all development applications submitted since 1st January 2010.

You can search by application number, application type, address, suburb, or lot. You can also search for a list of applications lodged within a date range.
