Land Values and Rates

You can download the latest Newsletter from the NSW Valuer General or visit their website to find out more information.

Land values are one factor used by councils to calculate rates. A change in land value does not necessarily lead to a similar change in rates. For more information on rates you can contact Council on (02) 6924 8100 or the Office of Local Government at www.olg.nsw.gov.au.
