Open 7 days a week. We are closed most public holidays. Please ring the Centre on 6924 4680 to confirm opening hours prior to attendance, especially if you are travelling some distance.

Our Centre now offers 24 hour access to your favourite machines and weights in our Gym so when it’s a good time for you, it’s a good time for us!  Available to Access all areas members, we also made it safer and more convenient with our CCTV and secure entry!
