Disability Inclusion Action Plan Survey

Junee Shire Council is seeking feedback from our community to help with the updating of our
Disability Inclusion Action Plan (DIAP).

While many of the questions relate directly to the experiences of people with disability, accessibility
or mobility needs, all residents are encouraged to participate. Feedback from carers, family members
and other community members is valuable and would be greatly appreciated.

Your feedback will help Council better understand barriers to access and inclusion across Junee Shire
and identify opportunities for improvement
